Two false criminal cases filed by petetioner

Hi, me and myfather is facing two false caes in a land dispute. In the first case my father and my mother was equitted by the magestrate and two oher cases were pending. but the land belongs to us and which was given the decree by the same court. So my question is did the petetioner will receive any sentense if the other two cases or false.
