two cheque bounced

Two cheque was bounced and I serve notice to respondant with mention both cheque number now I want to file complaint judge can't accept complaint for club dishonor cheque any judgment for regard this query

Sir, Its all upto you, you can file a common complaint as well as two different complaints for both the cheques. Court will accept it.
