I need your help and guidance please .
I had recived 36 Guntee agriculture land in raigad from my ancestors since 1975.
24 gunte is in my name as per 7/12 however 12 gunte is with my 2 cousins name.
I am cultivating rice and ownership is with me totally , I applied peek pahani.
There was a ongoing case filed with tahsildar for peek pahani for this 12 Guntee area.
However one of my cousin has sold 6 gunte and registration is done three months back Talathi has written remark of tukdee Bandi and stop the title transfer.
My question is
1. Will the third party able to transfer 6 gunte on his name.? And how?
2. is there any way to cancel the registration and stop registration
as there was ongoing case with tehsildar.
3. through peek pahani how much time it will take to get full ownership on remaining 12 Guntee
