Trying to build a wall that blocks our passage

We bought a house in gated community. Its been one and half years. There was no problem earlier. Then our neighbour house was built after six months next to us. Only empty area left between both of us are our middle 2 feet area for drainage and bore well purposes and neighbour 1.5 feet for bore purposes. Neighbour  empty area starts from parking to whole house backside, our is only middle side portion. We have only access to our portion through neighbour passage from back side as well as front side. Now suddenly they want to built a wall in their area. For us our bore area will be fully blocked.  What to do , Is there any way to stop this . Please let me know.  Thanks in advance.

Quick Summary
A homeowner in a gated community is facing an issue where a new neighbour intends to build a wall that will block access to their bore well and drainage area. This access is currently via a small strip of the neighbour's land. Legal advice suggests this situation involves an 'easementary right' and recommends filing a suit for a restraining order to protect their right of way.

But why would you buy anything having no access.

You need to protect your right of way that is an easementry  right. Just file a suit to protect your easmentry right and get restraint order, retraining the other party from blocking your way .

1. You have option of obtaining "restraining order" from the local Civil Court, against such encroachment, based on above experts advice.
