In my case trust registered under charity comisioner in maharshtra own
a school.There was case in high court regarding its acquisation in high court.Now the H/C has disqualified
the earlier body .my qustion is that if the body is disqualified .then its all resolutions and apponintment will also
considered as disqualified.
