Trust deed

What document has to be made to induct new trustee into a regd trust having regd trust deed ?Addendum or supplement trust deed pls advise

Hello sir,

A new trustee can be appointed into a registered trust having a trust deed by a Supplement Trust Deed.

I have attached the format for Supplement Trust Deed.
Please find it in the attachements.
