Trust deed

Dear experts,
Please tell it is mandatory to register every trust deed with registrar if someone wants to open bank A/c in name of trust with some amount

Quick Summary
To open a bank account in the name of a trust, registering the trust deed with the registrar is generally mandatory. Banks will typically not permit account opening for unregistered trusts. The specific registration process may vary depending on whether the trust is public, private, or educational, and may involve registration with the Sub Registrar or under the Societies Registration Act.

Hello,

Bank will not allow you to open the bank account in the name of the unregistered trust. You have to register the trust with the registrar.

Your query is an academic query.  What is your problem?  Public trusts etc shall be registered before the Sub Registrar concerned and the other trusts under the Societies Registration act.  Which type of Trust, is it private, public, or educational?
