(a) Whether a SETTLER of a Charitable Trust can also be one of the FIRST TRUSTEE in addition to other TRUSTEES ?
(b) Whether the CORPUS FUND brought in by the SETTLER can be used for achieving the objectives of the Charitable Trust ? or whether the same should be kept intact and interests earned therefrom only should be used for achieving the objectives ?
