Truss work on roof top

Developer is planning to arrange amenities like gym party hall on roof top with truss work. He told he ll do after reviewing OC. Is this illegal? In Brochure not mentioned the area of amenities.

No. In Brochure not mentioned about the place where they build this gym and party hall. Property in Bengaluru.
