Sir,
We are living in the apartment having 8 flats. One of the flat holder has liking of cats and tamed them in their flat . The cats come out and wander here and there in the builing doing urinating and excretion. The flat holder also does illegal fabrication stand outside his window on which he provides cat food to them ,the cats also do dung there which falls on the common space of the apartment causing bad smell and non hygenic atmosphere in the building . We have taken following steps
1] Complaint to health department of Corporation
outcome -They have visited the site and given notice to the flat holder , still the problem has not solved so we have have informed them to take legal action they said they will take it but have not taken by them yet
2] We have made a complaint to construction department for demolishing fabricated iron stand , they also have taken a notice of it but have not demolished it yet
3] Complaint made to police department
outcome-The police have given a notice to them.
What another remedy we do have ?
