I live in a TNHB apartments which has 7 blocks, where mine being the middle one. Many residents and their servants are using our veranda of our block as a common way to pass through to reach the main entrance and when we questioned them they say that our block is common way meant for all but in the sale deed it has mentioned that some portion is registered for the usage of the four resident in the ground floor and there is also problem of other block members are parking their . We live in the ground floor and this has become a nuisance to us and at some instances there are even unknown people using this as a common way which is a big security threat to us . Kindly guide me in getting remedy.
