1. You were employed and were receiving regular Salary, for your services. You are entitled to PF, Gratuity, encashment of balance leaves, Bonus (all IF applicable).
2. You CANNOT claim any benefit /profit from your employer which would be akin to extortion and breach of trust.

did you plant trees on your land?
if not on your land whether there was any agreement or sharing he profit?
