Transposition

Is Law of Transposition (with the help of which a respondent becomes a petitioner) applicable in service matters?

Quick Summary
The Law of Transposition, which allows a respondent to become a petitioner, is generally not applicable in service matters. While it can be a useful legal tool in other contexts, its application is restricted in employment and service-related legal disputes. This means you typically cannot use it to switch roles between applicant and respondent in these specific types of cases.

What are the facts? What is the context?

No, in service matter it cannot transpose the applicant to be respondent and vice-verse.
