Translation of RTI Reply from Kanadda to English

I had filed an RTI application regarding which I have received a reply which is in Kanadda language and I am unable to interpret it. Can anyone please translate the attached reply and let me know the contents of the same.

You filed an RTI application on behalf of someone else? I translated your earlier kannada document to English, do you remember me? Are you Manishkumar referred in the Endorsement and Official Notification, is that Inquiry notice send to Manishkumar, clarify.
