Hi Sir/Madam
We have a house which is under our fathers name. He expired a month back. I am his only child. Apart from this the legal heirs for my father are wife(my mother), and fathers parents.
The house was constructed from my fathers own earnings.
Could you kindly clarify as to what is the procedure to transfer the house, land under my name ?
Is it something to do with the notary or something to be done at the registrar office ?

Hi Arvind,
simple an application put up before (land revnue officer / Municple officer like thasildar, Patwari, Revenue Inspector etc. suteble officer.) with an affidevit declered in legal heirs you and your mother and fathers death certificate submited.official work after 15 days delete name and recorded your both name.
