Transfering Property to Wife?

Hello all. The thing is like, is it possible for a man, to transfer all the property, whether earned or ancestoral, to his wife? If yes, then what is the status of the property now, would it be eligible for division, or the wife can further transfer it to anyone, she want? Like, if she has two sons, and being biased she trandfer all her property to her one son only. Is it possible?

You say "self property". Does it include ancestral property as well, e.g. land?? If yes, then whats the meaning of property division? A man can give divide property in any ratio among his children?
