Transfer title of property

Dear  sir

A grand father`s  house  is  located in

rajasthan.  After death of grandfather , uncle transfer his right on

house to  father taking  a  rs. 3.5 lacs  a 5 years ago from  now.

 

Will you please tell me  how  to get title  of  house to  tranfer

on father name. ( House is having a panchayat patta ).

father  wants to get a loan  on it.

Dear Amar lal,

If your grandfather has only 2 sons, then your uncle can relinquish his right on the property using a release deed in favour of your father or else through a partition deed mentioning the money received as compensation for his share of property
