friends i have filed a transfer petition under section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw a suit for joint trial along with cross suit filed by way of counter claim along with a leave petition to sue as a indigent person. will the transfer be allowed when my leave to sue informa pauperis is still pending?

I donot thnk when a case is pending for any desicion may be allowed for transfer,hope you need to wait till you get any order then you can utilize the option of transfering the same to any where but it is the discretion of the court concerned
