How transfer reserved open parking space allocated to flat in Resale ? Can we mention it in Agreement for sale document ?

Yes.
But it has been orderded by the SC that, No one can transfer the open space as it does not falls under the definition of flat, only the flat can be transferable.
However, in todays scenario, nobody adheres the rules and regulations prescribed in the MOF Act thereof.
