transfer on basis of spouse ground

I am a central government employee in CGST in U.P. and my wife is in post office at Haryana also central government employee. my wife has more central service than me but I want transfer to my hometown not my wife because my father is also 85 percent physically handicapped. is it possible for me to inter Commissionerate transfer to Delhi Zone .

It is best for you to write about your concern to the related Commissioner's office and find out directly.

Both of you should apply for posting at either of station, it can be favouably considered by department(s).
