Dears,
I have a small shop in a new shopping mall. The shop is registered but isn't occupied/used yet.
I would like to transfer it to another person (family member).
What's the procedure, fee, etc.? How much time does it take?
Somebody told me that the builder can transfer it, but is there any other (less expensive) possibility through other channels like court, registrar, ...?
