Transfer of shares after death of a member without nominatio

One of our member died wihtout making any nomination. Now her son is claiming on the property. But the son doesn,t have any documenetory proof that he is son of the deceased member. We as residents/MC comittee members of the society know that he is son of the deceased member. He has produced below document for claming the property :

1.Notarised  Affifavit from his aunty (blood relative) confirming he is only son of the member.

2. Indemnity Bond in favour of society

3. Notices published in the newspapers local & state circulated

4. Death Certificate of the deceased member

5. Identity proofs of Deceased member, Aunty & himself

6. Copy of Rationing card  of Aunty showing names of deceased member & claimaint (relation with aunty i.e.       Sister in law & nephew)

7. No claims receieved by us regarding this except the son

Kindly advice us whether we can transfer the shares to the claimant or not ?

thanks

Dinesh
