Transfer of share/interest of room premises at chawl (gift deed)

hi, My friend (A) want to transfer her rights and interest (without any consideration) in room premises of which she is a joint owner to her real sister (B). Both are married. Sister (B) is residing at the same place with her family and using it for her own and family. Can Gift Deed be a good document to transfer her share to sister (B). And if yes, then can it be made on RS.100/- non judicial stamp paper and then notarized or on ledger paper and then registration. What is the procedure for registration and how much stamp duty is required if value of premises is aprx. Rs.3,00,000/-. The ration card and electricity bill is already in the name only of sister (B). The said premises will be going for redevelopment process. Waiting for earliest reply.
