Transfer of property share

HI, 

I have a flat in Bangalore of which myself and my husband both are equal owners (50% - 50%).  Due to  Divroce I would like to transfer my share of 50% to my husbands name.  Kindly advise what is the process to transfer my share to my husband's name making him single owner of the property without waiting for divorce decree.
