Dear All,
I have a query regarding a house in Khar-Danda, Koliwada in Mumbai. It is not a Co-operative society building but a Gaothan. The Landowner owns the land property whereas the Rooms are sold. So now the case is the residents are owners of the rooms but not the land. and hence they are not allowed to give their building land for redevelopment to the builder as the land owner is not allowing. they say they pay property tax of the building. But the landowner is making obstruction in redeveloping.
Please help As its the problem going on for years and the residents are totally messed.
