Hi ,
I am trying to transfer my OP in family court 1 in Viziawada to another family court in the same district , please clarify me below concerns.
1. I would like to file transfer OP u/s 24 of CPC in the principal district court or high court , I am going to file in principal district court ,Viziawada is it right or wrong
2. Do i Need to send notice U/S 22 of CPC , if yes provide me the format of the notice

1. Yes, file application u/s 24 CPC. Justify yourself / Court for transfer.
2. Notice u/s 22 CPC not required when your case is pending and copy being supplied after admission.
3. No format is there for such petition.
