Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a land and building from a individual on 16th April 2014 but till now it is not transferred to my name.
He was suffering from cancer.
All documents were attached with the file.
The transfer was in process and suddenly the person died.
Personal appearance letter is in RDC office.
It come under Cuttack Development Authority(CDA)
Please help how to transfer that land & building in my name.
Respected Sir,
Kindly contact the legal heirs of the person who was supposed to transfer the land. If they are not willing to corporate file a suit in the court.
