Dear Sirs,
We are a factory located in Bangalore. We have two units, though they are two separate units ( Pvt. Ltd). I would like to know the formalities we have to cpmplete if we have to transfer employees between both units in terms of ESI, PF, Gratuity. How many days before should we intimate the conerned authorities vis Factories Inspector, Labours office, ROC.
Kindly advise on the matter.
