Transfer of DIVORCE case

Hello everyone, I need to file transfer petition in high Court to transfer divorce case filed by my wife, under which section may I file petition in high Court, also I want stay order to present divorce case till high Court give orders to transfer petition. Plz help

File transfer petition in high court. When your petition comes up for hearing on the first date itself, High court will most likely give an interim stay on the divorce case of your wife and then send summons to your wife asking why this petition is not to be accepted. She will then file a reply in court giving her reasons. This will take few months. Judge will then ask both lawyers if there are chances of mediation and once both lawyers say Yes , Court will refer your case for mediation.
