My case has been transferred to Family Court Mumbai, where wife has a pending Maintenance case. Can you please let me know
1. How can I get it tagged to her pending case and in the same court/ judge?
2. The next date of hearing in FC Court on her Maintenance petition is in February. How do I ensure that my transfered petition also comes up for hearing on the same date along with her case.
Please suggest and guide with your ideas.

Yes on an application to conduct joint trial in both the cases together, the court will consider the same if the other side has no objection to it.
