I stay at mumbai ,, someone has falsely loged complaint against me of 138 & 420 at different places as pune , aurangabad , nagar , latur .. he has filed 7 cases against me by managing the system n all .. it is an harresment for me to go & attend each date as every alternate date i have to run for new places ...can you please advice me can i transfer all the cases to 1 place & what is procedure for it .. thanks

you can file application to transfer all the cases to higher court where all the courts where the cases are running comes under the jurisdiction.feel fre eto contact on advocate_anish@imap.cc
