Can a case registered and pending before court in chandigarh under section 498A, 506 IPC be transfered to delhi by any chance?
Girl's husband lives in chandigarh. and now girl is living with her parents in delhi after the case is registered.

Case can be transfered through applying in SC only, because the jurisdiction changes from one state to another. You would have to lay down solid reson for transfer.
