transfer employees willingfully

if company transfer emoloyees willingfully because employees try to form trade union.
if not accepated by emplloyee can management terminate him

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether an employer can lawfully transfer an employee who is involved in forming a trade union. The consensus suggests that employers generally have the discretion to transfer employees, and employee willingness is not typically a legal requirement for such transfers as they are not considered punishment. However, the specifics of the situation and employment contracts are crucial.

The company require working employee but not neta ji (leader against management).  Obviously the management shall attempt to remove any hurdle in their smooth working i.e., knowingly axing their own feet.

The transfer is the discretion of the employer and the employee's willingness, consent, etc are not material and legally valid as the transfer is not a punishment.
