Hello Mahan, I acknowledge your question. There isn’t a perfect figure as to the maximum positive or negative variation as it differs from state to state and place to place. When the valuation is over valued than the guidance value then the amount of the present market value shall be the maximum limit. When such a valuation is under valued then the maximum shall be the value of guidance value itself.
