Hello Experts,
Recebtly I have been fined Rupees 250/- for parking my motor bike in the no parking area. I have received receipt for the same. Based on this I have following question
1. I would like to know whether the amount collected from me is properly transfered to Goverment or not ? Is there any way / source thru which I can findout whether the amount paid by me is absolutely to the goverment not to any individual ?

if the trafic police gave any government printed receipt , it will real for receipt. otherwise its not real.
mostely it will reach govt, if you can get the information through rti.

I dont think if they issued receipt too, bcz the P dept plays many roles from time to time
