Can a shopkeeper/trader file complaint against the purchasing company.
Scenario: Company supplied goods on advance payment, but the received material is substandard and inferior than original sample. Company neither refunding money nor any replacement. What remedy do a shopkeeper have?

Shop keeper has to initiate legal action against the company otherwise after some time company will take legal action for recovery of dues under the transaction.

Sir, payment is already done. My only query is can a trader come under ambit of consumer protection act?
