Any registered Trademark in India is valid for 10 years only, which is from date of application. Hence, one may renew the trademark for further period of 10 years after its validity period is completed with necessary fees. Renewal period starts from 6 months before the expiration date without any penalty and up to 6 months after the expiration period with penalty. Upon renewal, the rights of the owner will be restored. For trademark registration or trademark renewal.
