Trademark opposition/divisional application fee

I HAVE ALREADY APPLIED TRADEMARK BY MULTICLASS AND PAID 7000 AS TWO CLASS PAYMENT. RECENTLY ONE OF THE PARTY OPPOSED APPLICATION IN SINGLE CLASS. MY QUESTION IS THAT I HAVE RIGHT PROCEED REGISTRATION OF NON OPPOSED CLASS OF TRADEMARK APPLICATION BY FILE TM 53 APPLICATION .

WHAT FEE OF TM53 ? 1000?

IF I AGAIN PAY TM FEE OF RS 3500/-?

You took a wrong advice and filed the applications together, however you should have filed the TM applications seperately for two different classes as the FEES comes to same 3500/- +3500/- =7000/-.

However you may go for a fresh application, but you would abondon the previously filed application in that case.
