Whether the Registrar has to obtain consent from the attorney before imposing disclaimer conditions on the Trade mark ? Please provide judgments.

Good morning, The examining attorney, or registrar will ask you to accept the terms of disclaimer, and if you accept it,the trademark can be successfully registered and published.
