Trademark dispute

I have registered a trademark in my name which has been approved. I also have GST number.
However, recently I saw another brand using the trademark (with slightly different spelling but same pronunciation). They use "TM" on their logo. When I checked their trademark (which is the same category as mine), their status is "Objected".
How do I proceed from here and how can I prevent them from using this trademark?

U issue legal notice thru advocate and approach civil court.

Do immediately serve a legal notice failing which you shall be put to irreperable loss and injury.
