Trademark device and wordmark issue

Hi Sir/Madam,

My CA assured me my trade mark registered under wordmark as well as logo. but when I checked in government website(find the attachment) it showing "trade mark type device only". Please consider the issue. Is this TM only Device trademark register or also wordmark? and what is the further option?

Greetings of the day.

As per the situation laid out by you, I wish to tell you that the trademark that you have secured is only a device (logo), and not a wordmark. To get the wordmark registered, you will have to make a separate application, on the basis of which, the wordmark would be registered provided that there are no objections to the mark.
