Trademark agent registration

Dear All

Please let me know the procedure for registering as trademark agent. Being a company secretary, we dont need to give the exam. So what is the procedure for the enrollment and how much tiem it takes for the whole process?

What documentation we need to prepare for the same.?

Pl see rule 153.you should file acharecter certificate fromthe district magistrate of the district where you reside.If the office allows you can file conduct certificte from a gazetted officerAlso educational certificate should be filed. Along with application in form TMA 1
