Please avoid to be a member of an unregistered union.

No way out because it is the only Union in my proffession. Secondly if I opt out they tend to harrass you. They do not even publish the Financial Accounts to the members. Inspit of my repeated request. Do you have a remedy to this sir? I want to get to the roots of this.

ye to sarasar jabadasti hai. Labour laws can not do. However you can file an indiautrial dispute before condiliation officer.
