Trade mark infringment by assignor

If anyone have citation relating to infringment of trade mark by Trade Mark Assignor, please provide the same.

In Case where A is Assignor and B is Assignee of Trade Mark. After deed of Assignment B became the owner of Trade Mark...... After A start using same trade Mark for their Products...... Infringment of trade mark...... case law relating action taken against Assignor......
