Trade mark

We have applied for Trademark of Company Logo in Green Colour.

It has been approved by the TradeMark Department.

Since we have lots of Products and size of Packagin Material changes from time to time, and the Colour of the PACKAGING Material too change most the Time.

 

We have realized the TradeMark Logo which is in Green Colour, does not most of the Time Matchs with colour combination other then cream and white.

If we use Packaging Box Colour with Pink & Yellow, green Colour Does Match with Packing Box.

We are in Delima, should we apply for another Trade Mark Logo with Multiple colours, or do we amend our current registration .

or can we use the Logo in Multiple colours, as our Logo is Registered

if a logo is registered under a specific color or combination of certain colors then it may cause trouble if litigation arises

in cases where color is not specified it expands the protection you should have chosen black and white only
