TP act

The ownership of property can be proved as per TP act by 1. Registry of property 2. Mutation record If mutation record still has name of previous owner, then is the ownership proved. And if the property has physical possession by someone else and registry document says that physical possession has been taken by new owner also registry document says that this property is free from all litigations but two parts (khasras) of this property are already challenged in court from past 5 years (new registry is in 2018), still the ownership is proved or it needs to be challenged. Kindly suggest.

U have to prove the ownership by relevant documents and the person has unauthorised possession over the suit schedule property and he shud be evicted from possession which was illegally occupied by stranger.

Thanks so much for suggestion. My query was can you write false on stamp papers used for registry of the property.

U have to prove that the document was concocted or false in competent court of law and to quash it.
