Seller executed a GPA, registered in sub-registrar office, bangalore in favour of Buyer after receiving the full consideration of the site in the year 1980. Now the buyer holding GPA document, not able to trace or locate the site. The Buyer does not know whether the site is acquired by BDA or the site is still there. In that locality, more than 70% are constructed houses now. What is the solution available to the Buyer to find out the site through GPA document and survey number.
