To get possession of rental shop

I have own shop given on rent from 20 yrs. Now I want to start a business. I want that shop for my own business, I have given notice to my renter to leave the shop but he is refusing to leave pls tell me what I should to do

You can file an eviction petition citing bonafide need.

rent law is a state law. i dont know where do you live but i advaice to you. you can file a evecation suit on ground of prosonal nesecity

you can file an eviction suit based on the personal necessity in the court. prior to this , give him a legal notice to vacate the shop within the time as stipulated for teh notice period as per the lease deed.
