To get kootu patta for a flat in chennai

i live in a flat in Chennai. Recently i found out in my patta that my surveu number is printed with a slight address mistake ( i dont know if it was a mistake or intentional), but now we wanted to get kootu patta for our flat. We tried with other owners and they do not show interest in the issue and do not understand the heat of issue since [atta lies with other party. Is there a legal way to get their documents from government gazette to proceed legally to get a kootu patta. please advice.

Why do you insist on joint patta if you own the property individually and enjoying the same separately.

You approach the concerned Tehsildar office with an application seeking the desired relief by complying with the formalities.
