hi.. I am working with service based company deputed to client location my notice period is 3 months but i want relieving in 45 days but the employer is saying that you have to serve 3 months notice period but my onsite reporting manager is ready to leave me.
An employee wants to shorten their 3-month notice period to 45 days to secure an early release, even though their employer insists on the full notice. While the onsite manager is agreeable, the company is sticking to the appointment letter's terms. The advice given is to carefully review and adhere to the conditions outlined in the original offer letter.
